Tasting notes
- The wine is a beautiful bright pale yellow colour
- A pure nose, hints of citrus fruits and white flowers
- On the palate it is fresh and full
- The finish is typically elegant, well-balanced and long
Drinking advice
Excellent served at about 10 deg. C with fish, shell fish, white meats, and the local speciality cheese, Crottin de Chavignol.
Otherwise serve simply by itself as an aperitif.
