Pinot Blanc
The Pinot Blanc produced by the Cave d'Obernai is a medal-winning wine.
The Pinot Blanc represents the great 'compromise' in Alsace wines, between the
spicy, aromatic wines and the drier traditional white wines. This variety is at home
in Alsace and produces fresh, supple wines which go with many different dishes.
Winemaker's notes:
A beautiful clear yellow 'robe'.
The nose is delicate and floral.
On the palate it is fresh, light, extremely well structured and harmonious.
Will keep for 3 years.
A wine made to accompany sea food, or a ploughman's lunch.
