Moulin à Vent 
Known as the 'King of Beaujolais' this Cru takes its name from the ancient windmill on a hill at Romaneche-Thorins. The special character of the wine is partially due to the granite sub-soil which is very rich in manganese. The wines have a deep ruby colour and aromas of roses, iris, spices and ripe fruits. They are well-structured wines which mature well and are renowned for being some of the finest wines in France.
Our Moulin a Vent is specially selected by the Cave du Chateau du Chenas from the de la Hante family vineyard.
