Full-bodied wines produced on unusual terrain of crumbling rocks and shist.

The wines are deep garnet red with aromas of crushed red berries and ripe cherries, peaches, apricots, and plums. These are intensely-flavoured wines and full on the palate. They are made to be kept for several years.

To accompany red meats, game and cheese.

Serve below room temperature.
