Terroir: Gravel and boulbenes (sand with fine alluvial deposits)

The vines: yield of 50 hecto's/hectare with a density of 4500 vines / hectare

Vinification: traditional in stainless steel, thermoregulated

Varieties: 50% Negrette (old variety typical of the region) / 25% Syrah / 25% Cabernet (franc & Sauvignon)

Its tasting notes: "A deep 'robe' with hints of youthful ruby. An expressive nose, fruity, evoking ripe prunes. On the palate the wine evolves supply and achieves a lengthy aftertaste. A beautifully crafted Fronton wine.
