Fleurie
Vibrant red wines with floral aromas of summer roses, peach and blackcurrants, Fleurie wines have all the qualities of spring time. They are light and fruity and easy to drink, yet have a certain subtlety and complexity that pleases all wine-drinkers.

'Les Garants'
Vivid and intense the wine is fruity with red fruit aromas. Tannins are well-structured and balanced; medium length of aftertaste.
Excellent slightly chilled with charcuterie and white meats.
Will keep 4-5 years.
'La Madone'
A beautiful red colour, bright and clear with hints of violet. On the nose elegant, powerful, with aromas of red fruits (cherries) and slightly spicy. Tannins are present but subtle and well-balanced: fruit-alcohol-tannin. Excellent long aftertaste.
A good accompaniment to red meats, grills, veal...
Serve close to room temperature.
'La Chapelle des Bois'
A bright red colour, with hints of violet. On the nose agreeable and light with red fruits (raspberry) and lightly spiced (pepper, liquorice...) A supple attack, with discreet tannins.
Excellent with charcuterie, grilled fish.
Serve slightly chilled.
'Les Cuvees' Range:
'Millesime'
A striking red colour with red fruits on the nose, giving way to the complexity of damp woodland. On the palate ripe red berries, well-balanced and a remarkably refreshing finish.
A wine to be served with roast poultry.
Will keep 4-5 years.

'Cuvee du Cardinal Bienfaiteur'
Deep rich red, an elegant voluptuous wine. Floral nose, robust, on the palate very ripe fruits, supple tannins, well-balanced.
A good wine to mature 6-8 years.
Accompanies game (feathered variety in particular).
'Cuvee Presidente Marguerite'
Ruby red, this wine has an aromatic nose with floral character: dried flowers, peony. Followed by red fruits, particularly raspberry.
Superb on the palate with body, the overiding impression of a wine of richness and fullness. The palate reflects the nose: flowers, red fruits, soft tannins and silky finish.
Can be kept 5-7 years.
Ideal accompaniment to grilled meats.
Serve cool.
