The winemaker's tasting notes:
A bright, clear wine with numerous bubbles; very elegant and refined. The effervescence
is regular and the creamy foam is long-lasting.
On the nose the wine is fresh, fruity and pleasing.
The attack on the palate is frank and supple. A pleasant roundness and harmony.
A wine that makes a splendid accompaniment to desserts, or drink simply as an apperitif.
Serve at 8 - 10 deg. C
