Golden butter palate; supple and distinguished Drinking advice: Ideally consumed chilled at 13-14 deg. C. The parcel of vines is more than 50 years old, producing a well-rounded, robust wine, reminiscent of its cousins in the south of Burgundy Excellent to accompany a meal. It is ideal with fish, shell fish and white meats. A wine to be laid down, and which will become more round and supple with age. Can be drunk 2 - 3 years after bottling, but for many tastes will be better after a couple more years in bottle.
