Beauregard de Lucie

Côtes de Castillon

Beauregard de Lucie 2004

60% Merlot

40% Cabernet Franc

The perfect balance of a Jean-Michel Moueix wine is achieved through the subtle alliance between the sand and the gravel terroir and two grape varieties: Beauregard de Lucie

Merlot, which gives the wine colour, suppleness and roundness and develops its flavours relatively quickly.
Cabernet Franc, highly valued for its aging ability and the finesse of its aromas.

In the case of Beauregard de Lucie, the vines have an average age of 40 years and are situated with a north-easterly aspect.
